- 某石化公司动力厂针对水处理装置离子交换树脂存在的问题,采用新水和酸对失效的离子交换树脂进行洗涤。分析结果表明,新水洗涤的液相中含有一定量的黄色泥状物,经过红外表征发现其主要成分为有机物,酸洗后的液相中增加了一定量的硫酸根离子。进一步分析认为,树脂变色、失效的主要原因可能是阳离子交换树脂在使用过程中容易受到上游来水中有机物的污染,导致离子交换树脂的性能下降,严重时会导致阳床中出现泄漏、损坏等现象。通过离子交换树脂失活研究,为解决水处理装置的问题提供了实际的案例和研究支持。
In response to the problems with the resin in the water treatment unit, the Power Plant of a petrochemical company usedfresh water and acid to wash the spent ion exchange resin. The analysis results showed that the liquid phase after fresh waterwashing contained a certain amount of yellow muddy substances, which were found to be mainly composed of organic matter throughinfrared characterization. The liquid phase after acid washing had an increased amount of sulfate ions. Further analysis suggestedthat the main reason for the discoloration and failure of the resin might be that the cation exchange resin is prone to contaminationby organic matter in the upstream incoming water during use, which leads to the degradation of the ion exchange resin'sperformance, and in severe cases, causes leakage and damage in the cation bed. The research on the deactivation of ion exchangeresins provides practical cases and research support for addressing the problems encountered in water treatment units.
