炼化企业轻烃资源利用方案研究

摘要:: 石油炼制的过程中会产生大量的气体及轻烃，随着炼油厂大型化、一体化、基地化的发展和加工技术的升级，轻烃资源不再是炼油厂副产的廉价产品，科学高效地回收和利用这些轻烃资源对炼化企业降低生产成本、改善产品质量、优化乙烯原料起到关键作用。针对不同类别的轻烃资源设置成熟可靠的工艺装置，通过分子化和多元化的利用方案，提高了轻烃资源的附加值，为乙烯裂解提供了原料，进而提高炼油厂效益。
A large number of gases and light hydrocarbons are produced in the process of petroleum refining. With the developmentof large-scale, integrated and base localization of refineries and the upgrading of processing technology, light hydrocarbons are nolonger cheap by-products of refineries. Scientific and efficient recovery and utilization of these light hydrocarbons play a key role inreducing production costs, improving product quality and optimizing ethylene raw materials for refining enterprises. By setting upmature and reliable process equipment for different types of light hydrocarbon resources, the added value of light hydrocarbonresources is increased through molecular and diversified utilization schemes, and the raw material is provided for ethylene cracking,thus improving the efficiency of the refinery.
