催化汽油加氢装置抽出中汽油探索和实践

- 为满足连续重整装置高负荷运行目标,解决汽油调和过程中烯烃含量高、密度低、汽油产量高等问题,通过在催化汽油加氢装置分馏系统抽出中汽油至柴油加氢装置的实践,将中汽油加氢饱和分馏得到精制石脑油送至连续重整预加氢装置做原料,提高了连续重整装置负荷,降低成品汽油的密度、烯烃含量和汽油产量,成品车用国ⅥB汽油顺利出厂。
To meet the high load operation target of the continuous reforming unit and solve the problems of high olefin content, lowdensity and high gasoline production in the gasoline blending process, through the practice of extracting medium gasoline from thefractionation system of the catalytic gasoline hydrogenation unit to the diesel hydrogenation unit, refined naphtha obtained byhydrogenation saturation fractionation of medium gasoline was sent to the continuous reforming pre-hydrogenation unit as feedstock.The load of the continuous reforming unit was increased, the density, olefin content and gasoline production of the finished gasolinewere reduced, and the finished vehicle national ⅥB gasoline was delivered smoothly.
