- 钴离子(Co²⁺)作为 1种具有放射性同位素的离子,对环境和人类健康构成潜在威胁,对其进行简易性检测显得尤为重要。此研究致力于合成芳香二肽二硫醇,并开发1种基于该化合物的裸眼检测方法,用于废液中 Co²⁺的检测。通过优化合成路线和反应条件,成功制备出高纯度的芳香二肽二硫醇。利用其与 Co²⁺的独特反应特性,实现了对 Co²⁺的快速、简便、直观的裸眼检测,并研究了其检测的内在机理,为芳香二肽二硫醇在环境检测方面提供了理论及检测应用保障。
Cobalt ion (Co²⁺), as a radioactive isotope ion, poses a potential threat to the environment and human health, and itssimple detection is particularly important. This study focuses on the synthesis of aromatic dipeptide dithiols and the development ofa naked-eye detection method based on this compound for the detection of Co²⁺ in wastewater. By optimizing the synthesis route andreaction conditions, high-purity aromatic dipeptide dithiol was successfully prepared. Taking advantage of its unique reactioncharacteristics with Co²⁺, a fast, simple, and intuitive naked-eye detection of Co²⁺ was achieved, and the intrinsic mechanism of itsdetection was studied, providing theory and testing application guarantee for aromatic dipeptide dithiols in environmental detection.
