- 通过对极板间距、作用时间、电压、极板材料等因素的考察,对炼化外排污泥进行电化学末端减量技术的研究,并对减量污泥进行了燃料性质分析。研究结果表明,电化学技术对炼化污泥具有良好的脱水处理效果,可用于炼化污泥的末端减量处理,减量污泥可与煤粉按一定比例进行掺烧,电化学污泥减量技术耦合燃烧技术可实现炼化污泥的无害化零排放处理。
Through the investigation of factors such as electrode spacing, treatment time, voltage, and electrode materials, researchwas conducted on the electrochemical end-point reduction technology for refinery discharged sludge, and the fuel properties of thereduced sludge were analyzed. The results of the study indicate that electrochemical technology has a good dewatering treatmenteffect on refinery sludge and can be used for the end-point reduction treatment of refinery sludge. The reduced sludge can beco-combusted with pulverized coal at a certain ratio. The coupling of electrochemical sludge reduction technology with combustiontechnology can achieve harmless zero-emission treatment of refinery sludge.
