半合成汽油发动机油结构及热变性中红外光谱研究

- 探索了半合成汽油发动机油的结构及热变性。开展了半合成机油结构中红外(MIR)光谱(包括:一维MIR光谱和二阶导数MIR光谱)及变温MIR光谱研究。结果发现,半合成机油结构的红外吸收模式主要包括:νC-H-芳基、νasCH3-烷基、νasCH2-烷基、νsCH3-烷基、νsCH2-烷基、νC=O-羰基、νC=C-烯烃基、νC=C-芳基、δCH2-烷基、δasCH3-烷基、δsCH3-烷基、β=C-H-烷基、νC-C-环烷基、γ=C-H-烯烃基和ρCH2-烷基。半合成机油的主要成分包括:矿物基础油、PAO基础油和癸二酸酯类基础油。随着测定温度的升高,半合成机油羰基结构νC=O-羰基-4-一维、烯烃基结构(νC=C-烯烃基-1-一维和γ=C-H-烯烃基一维)、芳基结构(νC=C-芳基-1-一维)及环烷基结构(νC-C-环烷基一维)对应的吸收频率发生了明显的改变,其对应的结构也发生了一定的改变,而其中的烷基结构相对较为稳定。研究认为,温度的升高,进一步加快了半合成机油主要结构的氧化。MIR光谱及变温MIR光谱可以快速开展半合成机油结构及热变性研究。
The structure and thermal denaturation of semi synthetic gasoline engine oil were explored. The infrared (MIR)spectroscopy (including one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy and second-order derivative MIR spectroscopy) and temperaturedependent MIR spectroscopy experiments on semi synthetic engine oil structures were conducted. The results show that the infraredabsorption modes of semi synthetic engine oil structures mainly include νC-H-aryl, νasCH3-alkyl, νasCH2-alkyl, νsCH3-alkyl, νsCH2-alkyl, νC=O-carbonyl,νC=C-alkene, νC=C-aryl, δCH2-alkyl, δasCH3-alkyl, δsCH3-alkyl, β=C-H-alkyl, νC-C-cycloalkyl, γ=C-H-alkene, and ρCH2-alkyl. The main components of semi syntheticengine oil include mineral base oil, PAO base oil, and sebacic acid ester base oil. As the measured temperature increases, theabsorption frequencies corresponding to the carbonyl structure (νC=O-carbonyl-4-one-dimensional), alkene structure (νC=C-alkene-1-one-dimensional andγ=C-H-alkene one-dimensional), aryl structure (νC=C-aryl-1-one-dimensional), and cycloalkyl structure (νC-C-cycloalkyl-one-dimensional) of semi synthetic engine oilundergo significant changes, and their corresponding structures undergo certain changes, while the alkyl structure is relativelystable. Research is suggested that the increase in temperature further accelerates the oxidation of the main structure of semisynthetic engine oil. MIR spectroscopy and variable temperature MIR spectroscopy can quickly conduct research on the structureand thermal denaturation of semi synthetic engine oil.
