三采原油脱盐脱钠技术研究

- 为解决三采原油中有机钠盐对后续加工装置的危害,采用动态原油脉冲电脱盐实验装置和脱钠剂,对某三采原油开展了脱盐脱钠实验研究,考察了3个工艺条件和4个电场参数对脱盐和脱钠的影响效果。结果表明,在优选的工艺条件和电场参数下,某高钠原油经过 2级脉冲电脱盐后,盐含量 1.65 mg/L,脱盐率 76.90%,钠含量 1.98 mg/kg,脱钠率 91.13%。同时与交直流电脱盐脱盐效果进行了对比,最后对原油有机钠含量进行了估测。
To resolve the hazards of organic sodium salts in tertiary-recovered crude oil to subsequent refining units. A dynamiccrude oil pulse electric desalination experimental device and a sodium removal agent were used to conduct desalination and sodiumremoval experiments on a certain three production crude oil. The effects of three process conditions and four electric fieldparameters on desalination and sodium removal were investigated. The results indicate that under the optimal process conditionsand electric field parameters, the oil salt content of a certain high sodium crude oil after two-stage pulse electric desalination is1.65 mg/L, with a desalination rate of 76.90%, a sodium content of 1.98 mg/kg, and a sodium removal rate of 91.13%. At the sametime, the desalination effect was compared with that of AC/DC electric desalination, and finally the organic sodium content of crudeoil was estimated.
