环己基苯合成催化剂及技术的研究进展

- 环己基苯(CHB)是1种重要的高附加值有机中间体,广泛应用于苯酚联产、锂离子电池电解液及柴油调和等领域,凭借其优异的物理和化学性能,环己基苯近年来受到越来越多的关注。文中综述了 CHB 合成过程中催化体系与反应路径的研究进展,重点介绍了苯与环己烯的液相烷基化反应和苯的加氢烷基化反应。对传统路易斯酸与质子酸催化剂、负载型催化剂、离子液体催化体系及分子筛催化剂等进行了系统评述,比较了其在催化活性、产物选择性及环境友好性方面的表现。特别是MWW型沸石材料因其独特的多孔结构和可调酸性,在环己基苯合成中展现出优异性能。开发绿色、高效、可回收的催化剂,有望推动中国环己基苯的大规模、可持续生产。
Cyclohexylbenzene (CHB) is an important high-value-added intermediate with wide applications in phenolco-production, lithium-ion battery electrolytes, and diesel blending. Due to its excellent physical and chemical properties, CHB hasattracted increasing attention in recent years. This review summarizes the research progress on catalytic systems and reactionpathways for CHB synthesis, focusing on two main strategies: liquid-phase alkylation of benzene with cyclohexene andhydrogenative alkylation of benzene. Various catalysts including traditional Lewis and Brønsted acids, supported catalysts, ionicliquids, and zeolite-based materials are discussed in terms of their activity, selectivity, and environmental compatibility. Inparticular, MWW-type zeolites exhibit remarkable catalytic performance due to their unique porous structures and tunable acidity.The development of green, efficient, and recyclable catalysts is expected to play a vital role in achieving scalable and sustainableproduction of CHB in China.
