- 聚异丁烯凭借优异的物理与化学性能,在润滑油添加剂、密封胶、胶黏剂、食品添加剂及防腐材料等领域得到广泛应用。文中首先从聚异丁烯的化学稳定性、气密性和电绝缘性等核心性能切入,分别概述了低、中、高分子量聚异丁烯产品的应用领域,重点阐述了实际应用价值较高的高活性低分子量聚异丁烯的应用情况。梳理了聚异丁烯在国内外的研究现状,国外以 BASF 为代表的企业凭借先进的生产技术,所产聚异丁烯产品性能处于领先水平;国内在低、中分子量聚异丁烯制备领域具备显著优势,不过市场呈现分化态势,即低分子量产品供过于求、中分子量产品则供不应求,而高分子量聚异丁烯产品仍完全依靠进口。最后,针对国内聚异丁烯的生产实际针对性地提出了发展建议。
With excellent physical and chemical properties, polyisobutylene had been widely used in lubricating oil additives,sealants, adhesives, food additives and anti-corrosion materials. In this paper, the application fields of low, medium and highmolecular weight polyisobutylene products were summarized from the core properties of polyisobutylene, such as chemical stability,air tightness and electrical insulation. The application of high activity and low molecular weight polyisobutylene with high practicalapplication value was emphasized. Then, the research status of polyisobutylene at home and abroad is sorted out. Foreign enterprisesrepresented by BASF rely on advanced production technology, and the performance of polyisobutylene products was at the leadinglevel. China had significant advantages in the preparation of low and medium molecular weight polyisobutylene, but the marketshowed a trend of differentiation, that was, the supply of low molecular weight products exceeds the demand, while the supply ofmedium molecular weight products exceeded the demand, while the high molecular weight polyisobutylene products still reliedentirely on imports. Finally, according to the actual production of domestic polyisobutylene, the development suggestions were putforward.
