- 简要介绍了丙烯在工业生产环节的主要合成工艺，分析了丙烯所面临的产能过剩困境及产业利润层面的压力。概括了丙烯下游产品的市场现状，以丙烯氧化法制备丙烯醛、丙烯酸作为切入点，概述了以丙烯为初始原料，经过“氧化、水合、加氢”工艺流程来制备1，3-丙二醇的加工路线，并对其主要下游产品PET、PBT、PTT的市场前景进行了预测。
The article briefly explains the main synthesis process of propylene in the industrial production process, and uses actualcases to illustrate the overcapacity dilemma and industry profit pressure faced by propylene. It conducts an in-depth analysis of themarket status of propylene downstream products, takes the propylene oxidation method to prepare acrolein and acrylic acid as theentry point, and outlines in detail the propylene processing and utilization route using propylene as the initial raw material and goingthrough the "oxidation, hydration, and hydrogenation" process to prepare 1,3-PDO. At the same time, it elaborates on the marketprospects of its main downstream products PET, PBT, and PTT.
