- 溶剂脱沥青(SDA)技术在重质油加工方面具有重要地位,在炼油行业应用广泛,且技术不断升级。SDA工艺较高的包容性,使其可以灵活组合转化工艺处理渣油、油砂沥青、催化油浆及稠油等重质油,显著提高产品转化率、降低装置结焦产生,提高炼化企业经济效益。文中综述了SDA的原理、方法、工业应用与发展动态;介绍了SDA工艺的溶剂种类;总结了SDA工艺与加氢裂化、延迟焦化及催化裂化等工艺的组合生产技术;提出了重质油SDA技术的未来发展方向。
The solvent deasphalting technology holds an important position in the processing of heavy oil, is widely applied in therefining industry, and its technology continues to be upgraded. The high inclusivity of the solvent deasphalting process enables it toflexibly combine conversion processes for treating heavy oils such as residual oil, oil sand asphalt, catalytic slurry, and heavy crudeoil. This significantly improves product conversion rate, reduces coking in equipment, and enhances the economic benefits ofrefineries. This paper reviews the principles, methods, industrial applications and development trends of solvent deasphalting,introduces the types of solvents used in the process, summarizes the combined production technologies of solvent deasphalting withhydrocracking, delayed coking and fluid catalytic cracking, and proposes the future development directions of solvent deasphaltingtechnology for heavy oil.
