摘要:: 摘要：采用一段加氢工艺，使用贵金属催化剂，重质润滑油基础油通过加氢工艺深度脱芳可生产出与进口韩国瑞振白油KF350物理性质相近的食品级白油，该白油闪点高，粘度低，流动性好，安全性能高，满足锂电池隔膜制造中所使用白油的技术需求。该一段加氢工艺对环境污染性小，回收率高，有利于环境保护。
Abstract: By using a hydrogenation process and precious metal catalysts, heavy lubricating base oil can be deeply de aromatizedthrough the hydrogenation process to produce food grade white oil with physical properties similar to imported Korean Ruizhen whiteoil KF350. This white oil has a high flash point, low viscosity, good fluidity, and high safety performance, meeting the technicalrequirements for white oil used in the manufacturing of lithium battery separators ; at the same time, the hydrogenation process haslittle pollution to the environment and high recovery rate, which is beneficial to environmental protection.
