危化品罐车全密闭清洗技术研究与应用

摘要:: 摘要：目前，中国许多石油化工企业存在铁路罐车清洗作业，洗罐作业过程中，会产生大量挥发性有机物（VOCS）废气，严重污染环境，且存在很大的安全风险，文中通过对全国首创的全密闭铁路罐车清洗技术应用情况的说明，阐述了铁路罐车在清洗、抽残、蒸煮、通风全过程的新的全密闭清洗工艺，提出了洗车废气回收处理装置的解决方案，实现了罐车清洗过程中VOCS废气的全流程管控，对提升洗车过程安全性和促进生态环境质量改善具有重要的意义。
Abstract: At present, many domestic petrochemical enterprises have railway tank truck cleaning operations. During the tankcleaning process, a large amount of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas is generated, which seriously pollutes theenvironment and poses great safety risks. This article explains the application of fully enclosed railway tank truck cleaningtechnology and elaborates on the fully enclosed cleaning process of railway tank trucks in the entire process of cleaning, residueextraction, steaming, and ventilation. At the same time, a solution for car washing waste gas recovery and treatment device isproposed, which realizes the full process control of VOCs waste gas in the tank truck cleaning process and has importantsignificance for improving the safety of car washing process and promoting the improvement of ecological environment quality.
