- 摘要:工业炉的空气预热系统作为其重要组成部分,结构复杂多变,传统的二维设计方法周期长、易出错,文中详细介绍了借助Tekla Structures软件的三维设计方法,实现空气预热系统的数字化与高精度的参数化设计。描述了参数化截面、节点、细部及构件的设计方法,快速生成复杂节点和构件,简化建模过程,减少了设计人员工作量,缩短了设计周期,有效减少了人工干预和错误。展示了参数化设计在项目中的成功应用,不仅显著提高设计效率和精度,还能实现材料报表的自动生成,提升材料管理的便捷性,表明其在工业炉设计领域的广泛应用前景和推广价值。
Abstract: The air preheating system of industrial furnaces, as an important component, has a complex and variable structure. Thetraditional two-dimensional design method has a long cycle and is prone to errors. This paper details the three-dimensional designmethod with the aid of Tekla Structures software to realize the digital and high-precision parametric design of the air preheatingsystem. The design methods of parametric sections, nodes, details and components are described, which can quickly generatecomplex nodes and components, simplify the modeling process, reduce the workload of designers, shorten the design cycle, andeffectively reduce manual intervention and errors. The article also shows the successful application of parametric design in theproject, which not only significantly improves the design efficiency and accuracy, but also enables the automatic generation ofmaterial reports and enhances the convenience of material management, indicating its wide application prospects and promotionvalue in the field of industrial furnace design.
