- 摘要:管壳式换热器是 1种以封闭在壳体中管束的壁面作为传热面的间壁式换热器,结构简单,操作可靠,制作材料丰富,在高温、高压下仍表现出优异的换热性能,在热交换方面有着重要作用,广泛应用于石油化工、航空航天、能源电子等领域。文中综述了管壳式换热器在性能优化、数值模拟及结构设计等方面的研究进展,论述了不同内部设计结构换热器的优缺点,并从节能降耗、耐腐蚀性、监测技术及维护难度等方面对管壳式换热器的发展趋势进行了展望。
Abstract: The shell and tube heat exchanger is an interwall heat exchanger that uses the wall surface of the tube bundle enclosed inthe shell as the heat transfer surface. It has a relatively simple structure, reliable operation, and a wide range of available materials.It still shows excellent heat transfer performance under high temperature and high pressure and plays an important role in heatexchange. It is widely used in various fields such as petrochemical, aerospace, energy, and electronics. This paper reviews theresearch progress of shell and tube heat exchangers in performance optimization, numerical simulation, and structural design. Itdiscusses the advantages and disadvantages of heat exchangers with different internal design structures and looks forward to thedevelopment trends of shell and tube heat exchangers from aspects such as energy conservation and consumption reduction,corrosion resistance, monitoring technology, and maintenance difficulty.
