- 摘要:针对炼油企业化工助剂对污水处理系统的影响,系统调研了某公司蒸馏、焦化等装置的助剂(原油破乳剂、中和缓蚀剂等)使用参数(投加量、频次及入水系统路径),结合水样(COD、pH值、氨氮、油含量)检测与上游油田助剂溯源分析,建立了企业—油田药剂数据库。研究发现,焦化/蒸馏装置电脱盐排水可生化性差(COD去除率 <5%),而加氢装置污水可生化性优异(COD去除率>80%)。据此提出“高级氧化预处理 + 生化处理”的分级处理工艺,为炼油污水高效处理提供技术参考。
Abstract: In response to the impact of chemical additives used in oil refining enterprises on the sewage treatment system, this studyconducted a systematic investigation into the application parameters (including dosage, frequency, and injection pathways) ofadditives-such as crude oil demulsifiers and neutralizing corrosion inhibitors-within the distillation and coking units of a selectedenterprise. By integrating water sample analyses (measuring COD, pH, ammonia nitrogen, and oil content) with traceabilityassessments of additives from upstream oil fields, an enterprise-level oilfield reagent database was established. The findingsrevealed that wastewater from the electric desalting processes of coking / distillation units exhibits poor biodegradability (CODremoval rate <5%), whereas wastewater from hydrogenation units demonstrates excellent biodegradability (COD removal rate >80%).Based on these results, a tiered treatment strategy combining "advanced oxidation pretreatment followed by biochemical treatment"is proposed, offering a technical reference for the efficient management of oil refining wastewater.
