- 摘要:高能耗是芳烃联合装置的典型特点,随着国家“双碳”政策的提出,大型芳烃联合装置节能低碳技术的应用至关重要。以传统芳烃联合装置为切入点,对其耗能结构和特点展开分析。在此基础上,剖析了大型芳烃联合装置系统用能优化技术的应用原理,涵盖工艺技术优化方案、换热网络深度耦合、高效三剂使用、高效节能设备的使用,阐述了此类技术在降低能源消耗、减少碳排放方面的效果。通过在大型芳烃联合装置的实际应用,提高了装置的整体用能效率,大幅降低了单位对二甲苯的碳排放量。
Abstract: High energy consumption is a typical feature of the aromatics complex. With the introduction of the national "dualcarbon" policy, the application of energy-saving and low-carbon technologies in large-scale aromatics complexes is of vitalimportance. This paper takes the traditional aromatics complex as the starting point and conducts a analysis of its energyconsumption structure and characteristics. On this basis, it elaborates on the application principles of energy optimizationtechnologies for large-scale aromatics complex systems, covering process technology optimization schemes, deep coupling of heatexchange networks, the use of high-performance catalysts, and the application of high-efficiency energy-saving equipment. It alsoexpounds on the effects of these technologies in reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions. Through practical applicationin large-scale aromatics complexes, the overall energy efficiency of the complex has been improved, and the carbon emissions perunit of para-xylene have been significantly reduced.
