摘要:: 摘要：芳烃抽提是石油化工领域中重要的分离过程，环丁砜作为常用的抽提溶剂，其质量对芳烃的回收率和纯度有重要影响。在长期运行过程中，环丁砜溶剂容易发生质量劣化问题，影响芳烃产品的纯度及装置的稳定运行。通过对环丁砜溶剂质量劣化的原因分析、研究，开发出在线净化的方法，并通过工业应用实践验证了净化措施的有效性，为芳烃抽提装置的长周期优化运行提供了保障。
Abstract: Aromatic extraction is an important separation process in the petrochemical field. As a commonly used extraction solvent,the quality of sulfolane has a significant impact on the recovery rate and purity of aromatics. During long-term operation, thesulfolane solvent is prone to quality degradation, which affects the purity of aromatic products and the stable operation of the unit.Through the analysis and research on the causes of sulfolane solvent quality degradation, an online purification method wasdeveloped, and the effectiveness of the purification measures was verified through industrial application practice, providing aguarantee for the long-cycle optimized operation of the aromatic extraction unit.
