- 摘要:丁烯-1装置是利用丁二烯装置的抽余C4为原料,经过醚化反应、甲醇回收及水洗单元,将甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)与丁烯-1进行分离及提纯,MTBE是高辛烷值汽油的重要添加剂;丁烯-1是生产聚乙烯的重要共聚单体。丁烯-1分离中精馏塔对丁烯-1的产品收率、纯度及能耗影响巨大,塔内持续的精馏下将C3、异丁烯等轻组分和微量水从塔顶脱除至高压火炬中燃烧,最后将燃烧尾气排至大气;将排放气进行分析后将第1精馏塔塔顶排放线进行升级改造,根据实际情况选择最优方案,排放气并入乙烯装置燃料气管线当裂解炉燃料气使用,在高温环境下充分燃烧,减少了火炬中烃类排放,降低了噪声及光污染,利用了废气燃烧放热,减少了燃料气丙烷的使用量,既经济又环保。
Abstract: The butene-1 unit is an effective separation and purification of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) and butene-1 by usingthe extracted carbon IV of butadiene unit as raw material through etherification reaction, methanol recovery and washing unit .MTBE is an important additive of high octane gasoline. Butene-1 is an important copolymer in the production of polyethylene. Themiddle distillation column of butene-1 separation has a great influence on the yield, purity and energy consumption of butene-1products. The light components such as C3, isobutylene and trace water are removed from the top of the tower under continuousrectification, and the combustion tail gas is finally discharged to the atmosphere. After analyzing the exhaust gas, the top dischargeline of the first rectification tower is upgraded and the optimal plan is selected according to the actual situation. The exhaust gas isincorporated into the fuel gas pipeline of the ethylene unit and used as the fuel gas of the cracking furnace to fully burn under hightemperature environment, reduce the emission of hydrocarbons in the torch, reduce noise and light pollution, and utilize the heatreleased by the combustion of exhaust gas. The use of fuel gas propane is reduced, which is economical and environmentally friendly.
