- 摘要:文中针对某公司液相柴油加氢装置的催化剂活性难以满足“三年一检修”的长周期运行目标的难题,分析了将焦化柴油改送渣油加氢装置,在渣油加氢装置经过加氢精制、分馏后,柴油馏分再送回液相柴油加氢装置进一步超深度脱硫,生产符合国Ⅵ排放标准的柴油产品的可行性,并对渣油加氢装置掺炼焦化柴油后的运行情况,进行了长时间的跟踪监测。经过2 a的运行实践表明,焦化柴油送渣油加氢装置的实践是成功的,它缓解了该公司连续液相柴油加氢装置长周期运行的催化剂活性问题,同时也解决了因保柴油加氢装置长周期,部分焦化柴油进蜡油加氢装置,导致被迫外卖部分焦化柴油造成的经济损失,创效效果明显。
Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the catalyst activity of a company's liquid-phase diesel hydrogenation unit is difficult to meetthe long-term operation goal of "third-year maintenance", this paper analyzes the feasibility of changing coking diesel oil to aresidue hydrogenation unit. After it is hydrorefined in the residue hydrogenation unit and fractionated, the diesel oil is sent back tothe liquid-phase diesel hydrogenation unit for further ultra-deep desulfurization, and the feasibility of producing diesel productsthat meet the national VI emission standards. The operation of the residue hydrogenation unit after blending coking diesel oil hasbeen tracked and monitored for a long time. After more than two years of operation practice, it shows that the practice of the cokingdiesel residue hydrogenation unit is successful. It effectively alleviates the problem of long-term operation of the company'scontinuous liquid-phase diesel hydrogenation unit, which can ensure that the device achieves the goal of a four-year majoroverhaul. At the same time, it also solves Due to the long cycle of the diesel hydrogenation device, part of the coking diesel fuelenters the wax oil hydrogenation device, resulting in the economic loss caused by the forced takeaway of part of the catalytic dieselfuel, and the effect is obvious.
