加氢裂化装置掺炼柴油生产喷气燃料的工业应用

- 摘要:根据下游用户喷气燃料芳烃含量指标需求差异和企业压降劣质二次加工柴油需求,在270×104 t/a加氢裂化装置开展掺炼劣质二次加工柴油生产高价值喷气燃料工业实践研究。基于原料油烃类组成和催化剂失活分析,装置反应系统采用降压操作调整,实现在提高催化柴油、渣油加氢柴油等劣质二次加工柴油原料掺炼比例情况下,在较低的氢耗下生产不同芳烃含量的喷气燃料产品。
Abstract: According to the demand difference of aromatics content index of jet fuel in downstream users and the demand ofenterprises for processing inferior secondary processing diesel oil, the industrial practice of producing high-value jet fuel byblending inferior secondary processing diesel was carried out in a 270 × 104 t / a hydrocracking unit. Based on the analysis ofhydrocarbon composition of feedstock oil and catalyst deactivation, the reaction system of the unit was adjusted by depressurizationoperation to realize the production of jet fuel products with different aromatic content at lower hydrogen consumption under thecondition of increasing the blending ratio of inferior secondary processing diesel raw materials such as catalytic diesel and residuehydrotreated diesel.
