DCC重油与煤共炼中试试验研究

- 摘要:将FCC油浆与DCC重油按不同比例与西湾煤混合,研究DCC重油与煤共炼技术的可行性。试验结果表明,用纯DCC重油作为煤油共炼原料,其反应效果与用纯FCC油浆作为煤油共炼原料效果相当,在煤浓度 45%、反应温度 468 ℃、反应压力 20 MPa、氢油比 2 000 L/kg、空速 0.5 h-1条件下,DCC重油与煤共炼,煤的转化率>90%,>525 ℃的组分(不含固)转化率接近90%,液体收率≥70%。因此,DCC重油作为煤油共炼的原料是可行的,且在煤浓度为45%时,DCC重油和FCC油浆不同比例混合,对反应的顺利进行和结果影响较小。
Abstract: FCC slurry and DCC heavy oil were mixed with Xiwan coal in different proportions to study the feasibility of DCC heavyoil and coal co-smelting technology. The experimental results show that the reaction effect of using pure DCC heavy oil as the rawmaterial of kerosene co-refining is basically equivalent to that of using pure FCC oil slurry as the raw material of kerosene co -refining. Under the coal concentration of 45%, reaction temperature of 468 ℃, reaction pressure of 20 MPa, hydrogen-oil ratio of2 000 L/kg, and space speed of 0.5 h-1, DCC heavy oil and coal can be co-refined. The conversion rate of coal is higher than 90%,the conversion rate of > 525 ℃ components (without solids) is close to 90%, and the liquid yield is more than 70%. Therefore, DCCheavy oil is feasible as a raw material for kerosene co-refining, and when the coal concentration is 45%, DCC heavy oil and FCCslurry are mixed in different proportions, which has little impact on the smooth progress and results of the reaction.
