- 摘要:研究中对 HZSM-5分子筛进行了酸碱后处理,制备了移动床上可用的介孔—微孔复合的多级孔小球分子筛,负载活性组分(Zn和 P)后,在固定床装置上进行了甲醇芳构化性能评价。实验结果表明,在反应温度420~440 ℃、压力0.5 MPa、空速1 h-1的条件下,甲醇转化率接近100%,C5+收率平均为31.54%,油相中芳烃含量达69.37%,其中二甲苯占比30.27%,重芳烃(C10+)平均含量为15.15%。此外,催化剂经过330 h长周期评价,比表面积389 m²/g,磨损率仅3%,催化剂表现出良好的稳定性。再生实验表明,催化剂经多轮再生后仍保持较高活性,但强酸位点减少导致芳烃选择性略有下降。
Abstract: This study successfully developed a mesoporous-microporous hierarchical spherical catalyst suitable for moving-bedprocesses by modifying HZSM-5 zeolite through acid-base post-treatment. Using Zn and P as active components, the catalyticperformance for methanol aromatization was systematically evaluated in a fixed-bed reactor. Under optimized reaction conditions(420-440 ℃, 0.5 MPa, WHSV=1 h-1), the catalyst exhibited outstanding catalytic performance: near-complete methanol conversion(~100%), a C5+ liquid yield of 31.54%, and high aromatic selectivity (69.37%, including 30.27% xylenes and 15.15% C10+ heavyaromatics). The catalyst demonstrated excellent physical properties, with a specific surface area of 389 m²/g, an abrasion rate of only3%, and a sphericity of 0.98. Long-term stability testing over 330 hours confirmed the catalyst's robust performance. Regenerationstudies showed that the catalyst maintained high activity after multiple regeneration cycles, though a slight decrease in aromaticselectivity was observed due to the reduction of strong acid sites.
