改性榆树木屑在钻井液中的降滤失作用研究

- 摘要:钻井液中化学添加剂的成本、毒性和非生物降解性制约着添加剂的应用,低成本、绿色环保的添加剂研究迫在眉睫。实验室内通过酚醛树脂对榆树木屑粉进行改性,酚醛树脂中存在羟甲基酚,能够与榆树木屑粉中的羟基发生酯化反应,将榆树木屑粉中的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素等分子连接起来,形成三维网络的交联结构,使得改性榆树木屑粉(简称 YSF)在高温下也能保持稳定的性能。对改性后的 YSF进行结构表征和热重分析,结果表明,YSF具有醚键交联结构,能在 280 ℃内保持结构稳定,抗高温性能强;实验室内研究结果表明,在水基钻井液中加入改性后 YSF 后,体系的高温高压滤失量从 11.0 mL 降至 7.0 mL,PPT 滤失量从21.0 mL 降至 8.6 mL,极压润滑降低率超过 26%,表明 YSF 能有效提高体系的 PPA 封堵能力、极压润滑性能和降低体系滤失。
Abstract: The cost, toxicity and non-biodegradability of chemical additives in drilling fluid restrict the application of additives, soit is urgent to study low-cost and green additives. The phenolic resin was used to modify the elm sawdust powder in the laboratory.Hydroxymethyl phenol in the phenolic resin could esterify the hydroxyl group in the elm sawdust powder, and connected thecellulose, hemicellulost and lignin molecules in the elm sawdust powder to form a three-dimensional network crosslinked structure,so that the modified elm sawdust YSF could maintain stable properties at high temperatures. The structure characterization andthermogravimetric analysis of the modified elm sawdust powder YSF showed that YSF had ether-bond crosslinking structure, whichcould maintain stability at 280 ℃ and had strong high temperature resistance. Laboratory research results showed that after addingmodified elm sawdust powder YSF to water-based drilling fluid, the high temperature and high pressure filtration loss of the systemwas reduced from 11.0 mL to 7.0 mL, and the PPT filtration loss was reduced from 21.0 mL to 8.6 mL, and the extreme pressurelubrication reduction rate was more than 26%. The results show that YSF can effectively improve PPA plugging capacity, EPlubrication performance and reduce filtration loss of the system.
