天然气掺氢输送对管道及压缩机工作特性的影响

- 摘要:天然气管道掺氢输送是实现氢气高规模、长距离输送的有效方法,而天然气掺氢后会对管道及压缩机等设备工作特性产生较大影响,从而威胁管道输送安全。因此,此研究采用数值模拟方法,基于 SPS软件分别探究了管道在正常运行工况和泄漏工况条件下,管道水力特性、离心压缩机特性以及管道工艺参数随天然气掺氢比的变化规律。结果表明,在正常运行工况下,天然气掺氢后会使管道流量增大,使管道压降减小,同时掺氢会使离心压缩机的压比减小,但其减小幅度会随着压缩机转速的升高而降低;在泄漏工况下,掺氢比较大时会造成泄漏点上游管道压降速率明显上升。
Abstract: Hydrogen-mixed natural gas transmission is an effective method for achieving large-scale and long-distance hydrogentransmission. However, the introduction of hydrogen into natural gas can significantly affect the operational characteristics ofpipelines, compressors, and other equipment, thereby posing a threat to pipeline safety. Therefore, this study employs numericalsimulation methods based on SPS software to investigate the hydraulic characteristics of pipelines, the characteristics of centrifugalcompressors, and the variation patterns of pipeline process parameters with varying hydrogen mixing ratios under both normaloperating conditions and leakage conditions. The results indicate that under normal operating conditions, the introduction ofhydrogen into natural gas can increase pipeline flow rate and reduce pressure drop. Additionally, hydrogen mixing reduces thepressure ratio of the centrifugal compressor, although the reduction becomes less pronounced as the compressor speed increases.Under leakage conditions, a higher hydrogen mixing ratio can significantly increase the pressure drop upstream of the leakage point.
