- 摘要:化工产品主要由石油催化裂化而成,ZSM-5由于它的高催化活性、水热稳定性、高酸性、有序的孔网络和独特的骨架结构产生的分子选择性,广泛应用于石油化工领域,并受到研究者关注。催化反应中,积碳会覆盖活性位点或者堵塞孔洞,导致催化剂失活,限制了ZSM-5的使用。为使ZSM-5催化剂得到更好的应用,文中综述了目前ZSM-5的改性方法,通过增加介孔改变 ZSM-5的扩散路径,或者改变 ZSM-5分子筛的酸性,减少积碳,延长催化剂的使用寿命,旨在对改性ZSM-5催化剂提供研究依据。
Abstract:Chemical products are mainly catalytically cracked from petroleum. ZSM-5 is widely used in the petrochemical industrydue to its high catalytic activity, hydrothermal stability, high acidity, ordered pore network and unique framework structure thatgenerates molecular selectivity, and has attracted the attention of researchers. In catalytic reactions, carbon deposition can coveractive sites or block pores, leading to catalyst deactivation and limiting the use of ZSM-5. To enhance the practical utility of ZSM-5catalysts, this review summarizes current modification strategies. These approaches aim to improve the catalyst's lifespan by eitherintroducing mesopores to alter the diffusion pathways within ZSM-5 or modifying its acidity to reduce coke formation. Therefore,this review aims to offer a research foundation for the development of modified ZSM-5 catalysts.
