- 摘要:防覆冰涂层材料的应用日益广泛,防覆冰涂层技术也越发引起重点关注。文中从 3种不同解决覆冰问题的角度,分别对超疏水涂层防覆冰技术、超光滑涂层防覆冰技术、光热涂层防覆冰技术进行了阐述说明,总结概括了其应用过程中存在的优势和问题,介绍了防覆冰涂层材料的主要性能及涉及的表征测试方法。提出了因覆冰场景环境和机理的复杂性,防覆冰材料广泛推广应用受到很大限制,开发多功能复合型防覆冰涂层材料、提升其耐久性、建立和规范防覆冰涂层材料的评价体系,是推进防覆冰材料研发和应用的关键。
Abstract: The application of anti-icing coating materials is more and more extensive, and the anti-icing coating technology hasattracted more and more attention. In this paper, the anti-icing technology of superhydrophobic coating, super-smooth coating andphotothermal coating are described respectively from three different angles to solve the ice-covering problem, and the advantagesand problems existing in the application process are summarized. Then, the main properties of the anti-ice coating materials and thecharacterization and testing methods are introduced. In the summary outlook of the paper, it is pointed out that due to the complexityof the ice coating environment and mechanism, the widespread application of anti-ice coating materials is greatly limited. The keyto promote the development and application of anti-ice coating materials is to develop multi-functional composite anti-ice coatingmaterials, improve their durability, and establish and standardize the evaluation system of anti-ice coating materials.
