- 在环保法规日益严格及原油重质化、劣质化趋势日益加剧等因素影响下,重质石油基原料的加工处理面临严峻挑战。重油浆态床加氢技术因其原料适应性良好而受到广泛关注。文中综述了当前主流的浆态床技术以及浆态床生成油精制处理技术(浆态床加氢裂化和加氢精制集成型技术、独立型浆态床加氢技术)的发展现状,并展望了未来重油轻质化后处理技术的可能发展态势。
Under the influence of increasingly strict environmental regulations and the growing trend of heavy and low quality crudeoil, the processing of heavy petroleum-based feedstocks faces severe challenges. The slurry-phase hydroprocessing technology hasattracted extensive attention due to its good adaptability to feedstocks. This paper reviews the current mainstream slurry-phasetechnologies and the technical status of the refining and processing of slurry-phase generated oil. It mainly includes: integratedslurry-phase hydrocracking and hydrorefining technology; independent slurry-phase hydroprocessing technology. The possibledevelopment trends of post-treatment technologies for heavy oil lightening in the future are also prospected.
