直馏航煤生产质量波动问题研究

- 摘要:航空煤油(以下简称航煤)作为喷气式发动机的核心燃料,其出厂质量标准极为严苛。直馏非加氢航煤因其较好的储存稳定性,在航空领域得到了广泛应用。某炼油企业采用常减压直馏工艺生产航煤时,馏出口经常出现产品比色、硫醇含量等质量指标不合格或生产波动的现象,直接影响了航煤质量和产量的稳定性。通过分析该装置生产航煤过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方案,减少了生产波动,保证了装置长周期稳定运行。
Abstract: As the core fuel for jet engines, the quality standards for aviation kerosene (hereinafter referred to as "aviation fuel") areextremely stringent. Straight-run non-hydrotreated aviation fuel has been widely used in the aviation industry due to its excellentstorage stability. During the production of aviation fuel using atmospheric and vacuum distillation processes by a certain refineryenterprise, the product color and mercaptan content quality indicators often fail to meet standards or experience productionfluctuations at the distillate outlet, directly affecting the stability of aviation fuel quality and output. This paper analyzes the specificproblems encountered during the production of aviation fuel by this production unit and proposes corresponding solutions toeffectively reduce production quality fluctuations.
