- 摘要:乙烯装置在运行期间存在裂解炉运行周期偏短、稀释蒸汽发生器内漏、裂解气压缩机段间压差上涨、高低压脱丙烷塔易聚合等关键生产及技术瓶颈问题,制约装置长周期运行。文中分析了某石化公司乙烯装置2018~2023年运行周期内关键生产及技术瓶颈问题,通过提高乙烯装置长周期生产运行管理、技术创新应用等措施消除装置生产运行瓶颈,实现了乙烯装置连续5 a长周期稳定运行的目标,达到攻关效果。
Abstract: During the operation of ethylene plant, there are some key production and technical bottlenecks, such as short operationperiod of cracking furnace, internal leakage of dilution steam generator, rising pressure difference between sections of cracking gascompressor, and easy polymerization of high and low pressure depropanizer, which restrict the long-term operation of the plant. Thispaper analyzes the key production and technical bottlenecks in the operation cycle of ethylene plant from 2018 to 2023. Byimproving the management of long-term production and operation of ethylene plant, technological innovation and application, thebottleneck of production and operation of ethylene plant is eliminated, and the goal of long-term stable operation of ethylene plantfor five consecutive years is achieved, and the key research effect is achieved.
