- 摘要:乙烷原料经过热裂解反应产生的高温裂解气经过急冷换热器快速冷却后,进入急冷水塔进行 2次冷却。由于乙烷裂解工艺流程较短,急冷水中的低品位热量用户较少,同时全装置低压蒸汽凝液中的低品位热量也没有工艺用户,因此绝大多急冷水低品位余热需要使用循环冷却水进行冷却,低压蒸汽凝液在热量没有被回收利用的情况下被送至装置界区外。通过研究乙烷裂解工艺流程特点,提出急冷水低品位余热和低压蒸汽凝液低品位余热联合加热脱盐水流程,进而提高急冷水余热回收利用率和降低低压蒸汽凝液外送温度,不仅可以降低装置CO2排放量,同时也显著提高了装置节能效益。
Abstract: The high temperature cracking gas generated by the pyrolysis reaction of ethane raw material is rapidly quenched by thequench exchanges and then enters the quench water tower for secondary cooling. Because the ethane cracking process is relativelyshort and simple, there are fewer users of low level heat in quench water, and there are no process users of low level heat in lowpressure steam condensate of the whole plant, so most of the heat in quench water needs to be cooled by circulating cooling water,and the low pressure steam condensate is sent to the boundary without recycling the heat. By studying the characteristics of ethanecracking process, this paper puts forward that the desalted water is heated by quench water and low pressure steam condensate lowtemperature waste heat combined, so as to improve the recovery and utilization rate of quench water waste heat and reduce the lowpressure steam condensate delivery temperature, which not only reduces the carbon dioxide emissions of the plant, but alsosignificantly improves the energy-saving economic benefits of the plant.
