新/废汽油发动机油结构中红外光谱研究

- 摘要:探索了汽油发动机油(以下简称新机油)和报废汽油发动机油(以下简称废机油)结构。开展了新/废机油结构的(MIR)光谱(包括:一维MIR光谱和2阶导数MIR光谱)实验。结果发现,新/废机油结构的红外吸收模式主要包括:νasCH3-机油、νasCH2-机油、νsCH3-机油、νsCH2-机油、νC=O-机油(酯)、νC=O-机油(羧酸)、νC=C-机油、δCH2-机油、δasCH3-机油、δsCH3-机油、β=C-H-机油、νC-C-机油、γ=C-H-机油和 ρCH2-机油。新/废机油成分主要包括:矿物基础油、PAO基础油和癸二酸酯类基础油。与新机油相比,废机油中PAO基础油含量基本不变,矿物基础油含量略有降低,而癸二酸酯类基础油含量则显著降低。MIR光谱可以快速开展新/废机油结构研究。
Abstract: The structure of gasoline engine oil (hereinafter referred to as new engine oil) and waste gasoline engine oil (hereinafterreferred to as waste engine oil) were explored. The experiments on the MIR spectroscopy of new / waste engine oil structures(including one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy and second-order derivative MIR spectroscopy) were conducted. As a result, it wasfound that the infrared absorption modes of new / waste engine oil structures mainly include: νasCH3-engine oil, νasCH2-engine oil, νsCH3-engine oil,νsCH2-engine oil, νC=O-engine oil (ester), νC=O-engine oil (carboxylic acid), νC=C-engine oil, δCH2-engine oil, δasCH3-engine oil, β=C-H-engine oil, νC-C-engine oil, γ=C-H-engine oil, andρCH2-engine oil. The main components of new/waste engine oil include mineral base oil, PAO base oil, and sebacic acid ester base oil.Compared with new engine oil, the PAO base oil content in waste engine oil remains basically unchanged, while the mineral base oilcontent slightly decreases, and the sebacic acid ester base oil content significantly decreases. MIR spectroscopy can quicklyconduct structural research on new/waste engine oil.
