- 摘要:针对目前海洋油田普遍采用海水作注水水源,造成油井结垢和油井高压的现状,提出了1种基于纳滤膜过滤(简称纳滤)的水处理新技术。该技术已在某海上平台成功应用,通过降低注入水中的Ca²⁺、SO₄²⁻、Mg2+等关键成垢离子浓度,显著减少地层结垢风险和注入压力。纳滤处理系统不仅保障了注入水的水质,满足了海上油田注水的严格要求,还为油田的长期稳定生产和经济效益提供了有力支持。
Abstract: This project addresses the prevalent use of seawater as an injection fluid in offshore oilfields, which leads to well scalingand high well pressure. A novel water treatment technology based on nanofiltration membrane filtration, hereinafter referred to asnanofiltration, is proposed. This technology has been successfully implemented on an offshore platform, significantly reducing therisk of formation scaling and injection pressure by decreasing the concentrations of key scaling ions such as Ca²⁺, SO₄²⁻, and Mg²+ inthe injected water. The nanofiltration system not only ensures the quality of the injection water, meeting the stringent requirementsfor offshore oilfield water injection, but also provides robust support for the long-term stable production and economic benefits of theoilfield.
