- 摘要:采用熔融指数仪、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)等分析手段对电缆绝缘基料的分子链结构、分子量及其分布和熔融结晶行为进行了详细分析。结果表明,与扬巴2220H 相比,2260H 分子量分布宽,大小分子含量多,支化少,造成下游交联过程螺杆结焦现象。根据测定结果,调整树脂高压管式工艺参数,生产出的2260H达到了2220H的水平,可以满足下游客户的要求,解决结焦问题。
Abstract: The molecular chain structure, molecular weight and its distribution as well as melting crystallization behavior of lowdensity polyethylene (LDPE) resin as the insulation substrate for power cables were analyzed by means of melt index, gel permeationchromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and other methods. The results showed that the molecular weightdistribution of 2260H was wider, the content of large and small molecules was more, and the branching was less, which caused thescrew coking in the downstream crosslinking process. According to the measurement results, the resin high-pressure tubular processparameters were adjusted, and the produced 2260H reached the level of 2220H, which can meet the requirements of downstreamcustomers and solve the coking problem.
