- 摘要:单波长色散 X射线荧光法广泛应用于油品中氯含量的测定,文中尝试并验证了用单波长色散X射线荧光法测定水中氯含量。实验证明,其标准曲线相关系数可达0.998,标准样品和实际样品检测重复性良好,加标回收率在95.97%~102.47%之间;与经典硝酸银滴定法测定结果符合性良好,且具有快捷、稳定、环保等特点,是经典方法的良好替代方法。
Abstract: Monochromatic wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence method has been widely used for the determination of chlorinecontent in oil products. This article attempts and verifies the use of wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence method to determinechlorine content in water. Experimental results have shown that the correlation coefficient of the standard curve can reach above0.998, and the repeatability of the detection of standard and actual samples is good. The recovery rate of spiked samples is between95.97-104.47%; The results are in good agreement with the classical silver nitrate titration method, and have the characteristics ofbeing fast, stable, and environmentally friendly, making it a good alternative to the classical method.
