不同类型甲苯歧化制苯及二甲苯催化剂性能研究

- 摘要:采用HZSM-5-30、HMOR-40、HZSM-11-50等分子筛分别做为甲苯歧化反应催化剂,以纯甲苯为原料,在50 mL固定床评价装置上开展评价试验,考察相同反应条件下3种催化剂的性能。结果表明,在反应温度420~500 ℃,空速2.0 h-1,压力2.0 MPa,H2/T(mol)=3.5的条件下,HMOR-40分子筛作为甲苯歧化反应的催化剂,其甲苯转化率最高,HZSM-5-30次之;HZSM5-30 做为甲苯歧化反应的催化剂,其液相产物中 B/X 的摩尔比最高,HMOR-40 分子筛与HZSM-11-50分子筛相当;HZSM-5-30做为甲苯歧化反应的催化剂,其液相产物中苯的选择性最高;HMOR-40分子筛做为甲苯歧化反应的催化剂,其液相产物中C9+A收率最高,HZSM5-30分子筛次之,HZSM-11-50分子筛最低。
Abstract: The study investigated the performance of HZSM-5-30, HMOR-40, and HZSM-11-50 molecular sieves as catalysts fortoluene disproportionation using pure toluene as feedstock in a 50 mL fixed-bed catalyst evaluation unit under identical reactionconditions. The experimental results demonstrated that: Toluene Conversion: At reaction temperatures of 420~500 ℃, space velocityof 2.0 h⁻¹, pressure of 2.0 MPa, and H₂/T (mol) = 3.5, HMOR-40 exhibited the highest toluene conversion, followed by HZSM-5-30, while HZSM-11-50 showed the lowest performance. B/X Molar Ratio in Liquid Products: HZSM-5-30 achieved the highestB/X molar ratio among all catalysts, comparable to that of HMOR-40. In contrast, HZSM-11-50 demonstrated the lowest B/X ratio.Benzene Selectivity: HZSM-5-30 displayed the superior benzene selectivity in liquid products, outperforming both HMOR-40 andHZSM-11-50. C₉+A Yield: HMOR-40 yielded the highest C₉+A (sum of C₉ aromatics and additional light aromatics) recovery rate,followed by HZSM-5-30, whereas HZSM-11-50 exhibited the poorest performance in this regard.
