- 摘要:选择航空煤油作为稀释溶剂稀释样品,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定柴油中的砷(As)含量,优化了样品前处理条件和仪器测定条件。采用碰撞工作模式和在线加入内标元素钇(Y)互补使用的方式,消除分析中的干扰,3 个不同工艺的柴油样品中 As 的回收率均在98%~104%之间。实际样品测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于1%。方法快速、简便,准确度和精密度高,适用于柴油中As含量的快速测定。
Abstract: Samples were diluted in proportion by aviation kerosene and was used to determine arsenic content in the diesels byinductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), which included the optimizing sample pretreatment conditions andinstrument measurement conditions. Interference in the analysis is eliminated by using both the collision mode and the on-lineaddition of the internal standard element yttrium, the recovery rates of arsenic element in three different process diesel sampleswere in the range of 98%~104% and the relative standard deviations for actual sample measurement were all less than 1%. Themeasuring method was proved to be rapid, simple, highly accurate and precise, suitable for rapid detection of arsenic in the diesels.
