- 摘要:文中通过对吸附剂FCAS-MF在汽油吸附脱硫装置在线更换期间的数据进行深入分析,旨在探究其在高效脱硫的前提下,辛烷值损失与烯烃含量之间的量变关系。研究着重于验证FCAS-MF吸附剂在实际应用中的性能,特别是其在脱硫过程中如何平衡辛烷值保留与烯烃去除的能力。通过对比分析在线换剂期间汽油样品中的辛烷值与烯烃含量数据,揭示了FCAS-MF吸附剂在优化汽油组成、减少辛烷值损失的同时,对烯烃含量的有效控制作用。研究结果表明,FCAS-MF在汽油吸附脱硫工艺中提供了重要数据支持和理论依据。
Abstract: This paper presents an in-depth analysis of the data collected during the online replacement of FCAS-MF adsorbent in agasoline adsorptive desulfurization unit. The objective of this study is to investigate the quantitative relationship between octanenumber loss and olefin content under the premise of efficient desulfurization. The research focuses on validating the performance ofFCAS-MF adsorbent in practical applications, particularly its ability to balance octane number retention and olefin removal duringthe desulfurization process. By comparing and analyzing the octane number and olefin content data of gasoline samples during theonline adsorbent replacement period, the study reveals the effective control of olefin content by FCAS-MF adsorbent whileoptimizing gasoline composition and reducing octane number loss. The findings of this study provide important data support andtheoretical basis of FCAS-MF in gasoline adsorptive desulfurization processes
