- 摘要:测定油品的平均相对分子质量对分析油品的化学结构成分,深入研究油品的理化性质及工程应用具有重要意义。依据 SH/T 0730《石油馏分分子量估算法(黏度测量法)》,利用Excel中的特殊查找函数和曲线拟合功能,通过线性插值法计算查询石油油品的特征黏度对应的函数 H 值,最终确定出石油油品的平均相对分子质量。对 60种基础油品进行平均相对分子质量的估算,结果表明,Excel估算结果与手工查图结果绝对差值为±9,符合SH/T 0730-2004 的再现性要求(≤25)。Excel 表格化估算石油油品分子量的方法具有使用方便、计算快捷、准确度高的优点,可广泛应用于其它油品物性参数的的估算。
Abstract: The determination of the average relative molecular weight of oil products is of great significance for analyzing thechemical structure and composition of oil products, and for further studying the physicochemical properties and engineeringapplications of oil products. According to SH / T 0730 "Estimation of Molecular Weight of Petroleum Distillates (ViscosityMeasurement Method)", using the special search function and curve fitting function in Excel, the function H value corresponding tothe characteristic viscosity of the queried petroleum oil is calculated through linear interpolation, and the average relative molecularweight of the petroleum oil is finally determined. The average relative molecular weight of 60 basic oil products was estimated, andthe results showed that the absolute difference between the Excel estimation results and the manual chart lookup results was ± 9,which meets the reproducibility requirements of SH / T 0730-2004 (not exceeding 25). The method of estimating the molecularweight of petroleum oil products using Excel spreadsheets has the advantages of easy use, fast calculation, and high accuracy, andcan be widely applied to the estimation of other oil property parameters
