- 摘要:随着社会经济的发展,工业企业生产规模逐渐提升,相应的生产污水也随之增多。尤其是石油化工企业,生产过程中排放大量的高盐废水,由于水中盐类物质含量大,导致此类废水治理难度大。通过采用BAC-BAF工艺对高盐废水进行深度处理研究,拟探索高盐废水深度处理新工艺。结果表明,该工艺对高盐废水中有机物的处理效果较好,当进水 COD≤80 mg/L时,出水 COD≤40 mg/L。该研究为高盐废水的处理提供了可行的技术方案,具有明显的社会经济效益。
Abstract: With the development of the social economy, industrial enterprises have gradually expanded their production scale,leading to a corresponding increase in industrial wastewater. Particularly in petrochemical enterprises, large amounts of high -salinity wastewater are discharged during production processes. Due to the high concentration of salts, such wastewater is difficult totreat. This study aims to investigate the advanced treatment of high-salinity wastewater using the BAC-BAF (Biological ActivatedCarbon-Biological Aerated Filter) process, exploring a new approach for its deep purification. The results show that this processeffectively removes organic pollutants from high-salinity wastewater. When the influent COD is ≤ 80 mg/L, the effluent COD can bereduced to ≤ 40 mg/L. This study provides a feasible technical solution for the treatment of high-salt wastewater, which has obvioussocio-economic benefits.
