- 摘要:采用手套箱取样,氮气吸附法测定茂金属聚乙烯催化剂比表面积、孔体积和孔径。考察了不同取样方式下的物理吸附—脱附曲线及不同脱气温度和脱气时间对比表面积、孔体积和平均孔径测定结果的影响,验证了方法的精密度。实验结果表明,手套箱取样避免了茂金属聚乙烯催化剂接触空气,防止发生氧化和失活;选择低温70 ℃、脱气4 h条件下脱气,确保了结果的准确性,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于2%,满足分析测试要求。
Abstract: The specific surface area, pore volume and pore size of metallocene polyethylene catalyst were determined by glove boxsampling and low temperature nitrogen adsorption method. The effects of physical adsorption-desorption curves, degassingtemperature and degassing time on the measured results of surface area, pore volume and pore diameter were investigated, and theprecision of the method was verified. The experimental results show that the glove box sampling can prevent the metallocenepolyethylene catalyst from contacting the air and prevent oxidation and deactivation. Degassing at a low temperature of 70 ℃ for 4 hwas selected to ensure the accuracy of the results, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the measured results was less than2%, which met the requirements of analysis and test.
