- 摘要:文中介绍了乙烷裂解制乙烯装置氢气资源优势、利用现状及存在的问题;分析了氢气资源提纯技术;通过广泛调查研究和探讨分析,提出了自建合成氨装置、合成甲醇装置、双氧水装置及氢能利用4种方案;对4种方案进行了对比分析,得出了初步的研究结论和建议,为国内乙烷制乙烯项目的长远发展和氢气资源的高效利用提供了技术支持和决策依据。
Abstract: This article introduces the advantages, utilization status, and existing problems of hydrogen resources in ethane crackingto produce ethylene units; Analyzed hydrogen resource purification technology; Through extensive investigation, research, and analy⁃sis, four plans have been proposed for self built synthetic ammonia plants, synthetic methanol plants, hydrogen peroxide plants, andhydrogen energy utilization; A comparative analysis was conducted on four schemes, and preliminary research conclusions and rec⁃ommendations were drawn, providing technical support and decision-making basis for the long-term development of domestic eth⁃ane to ethylene projects and the efficient utilization of hydrogen resources.
