热气机燃料生产工艺及其性能研究

- 摘要:近年来,热气机作为 1 种转化效率高、振动噪声低、环境污染小、使用可靠性强的外燃机,在太阳能发电、船艇动力、气象探测等领域得到广泛应用。文中着眼热气机燃料标准规范要求,立足国内外相关研究成果,选取不同号牌柴油开展基础油筛选和制备,并重点以0#柴油为原料进行了工业放大试验。试验结果表明,0#柴油经馏分切割、分子筛脱蜡、加剂调合产出的热气机燃料各项技术指标性能良好,该工艺路线成熟稳定,可为下步热气机燃料扩大生产提供参考借鉴。
Abstract: In recent years, Stirling engine as a kind of external gas turbine with high conversion efficiency, low vibration noise, lowenvironmental pollution and strong reliability, has been widely used in solar power generation, ship power and aerological soundingfields. In this paper, author based on the requirements of Stirling engine fuel standards and relevant research experience at homeand abroad, selected different diesel to carry out raw material screening and preparation, and focused on No.0 diesel as raw materialto carry out industrial scale-up tests. The test results show that the Stirling engine fuel produced by component cutting, molecularsieve dewaxing and additive blending of No.0 diesel has good technical performance. The production process of Stirling engine fuelis mature and feasible, which lays a foundation for the next large-scale production.
