煤基油制取3#工业白油技术研究

- 摘要:研究选用30%煤+70%减压渣油+1%催化剂为悬浮床加氢裂化煤油共炼技术的原料,煤油共炼产物作为固定床加氢裂化和加氢精制的原料,生产工业白油的试验。试验结果表明,煤油共炼反应过程中,反应温度为468 ℃,反应压力为20 MPa,体积空速为0.5 h-1,氢油体积比为 2 000 L/kg;固定床加氢精制反应温度为 360 ℃,反应压力为 16 MPa,体积空速 0.5 h-1,氢油体积比 800 L/kg;最终的加氢产品蒸馏切割得到 210~310 ℃馏分油,主要指标如闪点(开口)69.5 ℃,芳烃含量0.05 mg/kg,硫含量1.6 mg/kg,倾点-12 ℃,优于3#工业白油行业标准。
Abstract: In this study, 30% coal + 70% vacuum residue + 1% catalyst was selected as the raw material of suspended bedhydrocracking kerosene co-refining technology, and the kerosene co-refining product was used as the raw material of fixed bedhydrocracking and hydrorefining to produce industrial white oil. The test results show that the reaction temperature is 468 ℃, thereaction pressure is 20 MPa, the volume space velocity is 0.5 h-1, and the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil is 2 000 L/kg. Fixed bedhydrofining reaction temperature 360 ℃, reaction pressure 16 MPa, space velocity 0.5 h-1, hydrogen-oil volume ratio 800 L/kg; Thefinal hydrogenation product is distilled and cut to obtain 210~310 ℃ distillate oil, the main indicators such as flash point (opening)69.5 ℃, aromatic content 0.05 mg/kg, sulfur content 0.69 mg/kg, pour point -12 ℃, which is better than the 3# industrial white oilindustry standard.
