- 摘要:以均聚聚丙烯粉料为原料,加入复合型降解剂,生产高熔指纤维专用料聚丙烯树脂,经小试试验调整复合剂添加比例,确定添加剂加入量,小试产品检测合格后,进行工业化实验,对工业化产品进行检测分析,同时与国内和国外同类型产品数据进行对比,数据满足无纺布技术要求,经过生产厂家工业化应用,制成的无纺布产品柔软,各项性能与进口美国埃克森美孚产品3155E3相当。
Abstract: Using homopolymer polypropylene powder as raw material, a composite degradation agent is added to produce highmelting point fiber specific polypropylene resin. The addition ratio of the compounds is adjusted through small-scale experiments todetermine the amount of additives added. After the small-scale products are tested and qualified, industrial experiments areconducted to analyze the industrial products. At the same time, the data is compared with domestic and foreign products of the sametype, and the data meets the technical requirements of non-woven fabric. After industrial application by the manufacturer, thenon-woven fabric products are soft and have various properties equivalent to the imported ExxonMobil product 3155E3 from theUnited States.
