单系列装置原油分储分炼的实现方法与效果

- 摘要:原油的分储分炼是在原油劣质化和重质化趋势下,充分利用有限的低硫低金属含量石蜡基原油资源,使其渣油全部作为催化裂化原料,保证重油催化装置的满负荷生产,做到物尽其用,实现效益最大化。对单系列装置来说实现难度相对较大,但在充分利用现有的流程和设施的基础上,不经过大的流程动改,也能够成功实现分储分炼。为解决石蜡基减压渣油在储存和输送时黏度大引起的输送困难,可使用 1台延迟焦化装置原料罐作为专用储罐,与焦化蜡油混合通过原焦化蜡油管道输送至催化装置。重油催化装置掺炼 6% 石蜡基减压渣油后,裂化性能稍变差,需适当提高反应温度、增加平衡剂活性加以补偿。分储分炼为催化装置提供了充足的原料,增加了高价值的汽油和液化气产量,改善了全厂产品结构和经济效益。
Abstract: Crude oil separation and refining is to make full use of the limited paraffinic base crude oil resources with low sulfur andlow metal content under the trend of crude oil degradation and heavy quality, and make all its residues as FCC feedstock to ensurefull load production of heavy oil catalytic unit, maximize the use of materials and realize maximum benefit. For single-seriesdevices, on the basis of making full use of existing processes and facilities, it can also successfully realize separate storage andseparation without major process modification. In order to solve the transportation difficulty caused by high viscosity of paraffinicvacuum residue during storage and transportation, a delayed coking unit feed tank can be used as a special storage tank, mixed withcoker wax oil and transported to catalytic unit through the original coker wax oil pipeline. After blending 6% paraffinic vacuumresiduum in RFCC unit, cracking performance deteriorated slightly, which should be compensated by raising reaction temperatureand increasing activity of equilibrium agent. The separate storage and separation process provides sufficient raw materials for thecatalytic unit, increases the output of high-value gasoline and liquefied gas, and improves the product structure and economicbenefits of the whole plant.
