- 摘要:文中针对催化裂化装置在提升汽油收率方面因素进行了分析探讨,某石化公司蜡油催化裂化装置多产汽油方案实施过程中,通过控制掺炼焦化蜡油比例不大于 30%,催化剂活性控制在64~71之间,调整反应温度不低于490 ℃,优化分馏稳定单元操作以将汽油干点控制在200~205 ℃,并确保液化气中 C5含量为零,使汽油收率提高至 51% 以上。上述优化措施有效提升了装置的汽油产出效率,为后续工艺优化和汽油收率的进一步提升提供了重要的操作经验和技术支持。
Abstract: This study analyzed and explored the factors affecting the increase of gasoline yield in catalytic cracking units. Duringthe implementation of the gasoline - production - increase plan in a residuum catalytic cracking unit of a petrochemical company, aseries of measures were taken. These included limiting the blending ratio of coker residuum to no more than 30%, keeping thecatalyst activity between 64 and 71, setting the reaction temperature at no less than 490 ℃ , optimizing the fractionation andstabilization unit operations to control the gasoline endpoint at 200~205 ℃, and ensuring zero C5 content in the liquefied gas. As aresult, the gasoline yield was increased to over 51%. These optimization steps effectively enhanced the gasoline productionefficiency of the unit, offering valuable operational insights and technical guidance for future process optimization and furtherimprovement of gasoline yield.
