- 摘要:对催化裂化装置反应—再生系统、分馏油浆系统易结焦部位进行了分析,包括进料喷嘴、提升管、沉降器、VQS、旋风分离器、集气室、油气管线、分馏塔底、油浆系统等具体结焦情况的介绍和展示,并从原因角度给出了应对措施,包括原料选择、工艺和设备的设计、设备选型、日常操作及优化,同时提出了一些改造办法,以消除或控制焦炭的生成和发展速率,来延长装置的操作周期,减少开停工的损失、降低装置状态变化过程的安全风险和环保风险。
Abstract: An analysis was conducted on the coking prone areas of the reaction-regeneration system and fractionation oil slurrysystem of the FCC unit, including the introduction and display of specific coking conditions such as feed nozzles, risers, settlers,VQS, cyclone separators, gas gathering chambers, oil and gas pipelines, fractionation tower bottoms, and oil slurry systems. Targetedcountermeasures and methods were provided from the perspective of causes, including raw material selection, process andequipment design, equipment selection daily operations and optimization have been carried out, and some modification methodshave been proposed to eliminate or control the generation and development rate of coke, extend the operating cycle of the device,reduce losses during startup and shutdown, and reduce safety and environmental risks during the process of device state changes.
