- 摘要:油气储运过程中,油品储运过程中挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的有效控制是当前石化行业面临的重大问题。此研究综合评估了储罐区VOCs排放的当前状况,探讨了其排放特性、监管难题、法规遵循的必要性及提升治理效能的迫切需求,剖析了多种VOCs管控技术,包括热力氧化(Thermal Oxidation,TO)、高效燃烧系统(HCS)、膜分离技术、冷凝回收和吸附回收等技术,并对其适用性及限制进行了探讨。研究强调,针对不同浓度的 VOCs,选择适宜的处理技术可有效减排VOCs。同时,对 VOCs处理技术的发展方向进行了预测,指出了新工艺的研发和当前工艺的完善是非常必要的。
Abstract: In the oil and gas storage and transportation process, effective control of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emittedduring the storage and transportation of petroleum products is a significant challenge faced by the petrochemical industry. Thisstudy provides a comprehensive assessment of the current state of VOCs emissions from storage tank areas, discussing theiremission characteristics, regulatory challenges, the necessity of compliance with regulations, and the urgent need to enhancetreatment efficiency. It delves into various VOCs control technologies, including Thermal Oxidation (TO), High-EfficiencyCombustion Systems (HCS), membrane separation technology, condensation recovery, and adsorption recovery, exploring theirapplicability and limitations. The research emphasizes that selecting appropriate treatment technologies for VOCs of differentconcentrations can effectively reduce emissions. Additionally, it predicts the development direction of VOCs treatment technologies,highlighting the importance of developing new processes and refining existing ones.
