超声波清淤技术在蒸馏装置电脱盐罐上的应用

- 摘要:随着原油性质不断劣质化以及原油开采过程中化学药剂的过多使用,原有预处理时电脱盐罐会积存油泥和杂质,影响电脱盐运行效率,需要提高反冲洗频次。在常压蒸馏装置已有超声波脱盐设备的基础上,新增匹配超声波清淤设备,利用超声波能量转化,形成高速微涡效应,粉碎淤泥团状絮凝物,实现油水分离,有效降低脱盐水的含油量,减少对下游影响,降低油泥处理成本,消除安全环保隐患,促进电脱盐系统高效运行。
Abstract: With the continuous deterioration of crude oil properties and the excessive use of chemical agents in the process of crudeoil exploitation, the electric desalination tank will accumulate sludge and impurities during the original pretreatment, which affectsthe operation efficiency of electric desalination, and the frequency of backwash needs to be improved. On the basis of the existingultrasonic desalination equipment in the ordinary pressure distillation device, a new matching ultrasonic dredging equipment isadded, using ultrasonic energy conversion to form a high-speed micro-vortex effect, crush the sludge flocculates, realize theseparation of oil and water, effectively reduce the oil content of desalination water, reduce the impact on the downstream, reduce thecost of sludge treatment, and eliminate the hidden dangers of safety and environmental protection promote the efficient operation ofthe electric desalination system.
